Hatha Flow

This class is for those new to yoga and yoga practitioners that want to refine and master the fundamentals. We introduce a well-rounded sequence of yoga poses designed to strengthen muscles that are weak and stretch muscles that are tight. You will learn a basic slow-to-moderate paced flow sequence with variations of sun salutations (a series of postures linked to breath), standing, balance, and seated poses as well as attention to breath work. You will be gently challenged and inspired while building a strong foundation for your practice.


Bio for Jeri Cox E-200RYT

Jeri has been practicing yoga for more than 12 years after a motor vehicle accident left her struggling to manage pain. Through yoga, she found not only pain relief, but a new strength both physically and mentally, and something powerfully healing, heart opening and beautiful. She completed her 200 hour teacher training with Shibui Yoga in February 2017 and has since completed Restorative Teacher Training as well. In the words of Ymber Delecto, "Yoga is invigoration in relaxation. Freedom in routine. Confidence through self-control. Energy within and energy without."
